What are the SETS toll-free numbers and what information can be accessed with the SETS toll-free numbers?

For all Ohio cases, a toll-free number enables parents to access payment information, check on electronic funds transfer information, and the county agency address and phone information.

Updated daily, the SETS line can be accessed by calling:
1-800-860-2555 or 1-800-860-0019 (TTD).

The SETS line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The SETS line is a good source for payment information.

  Can I check payments on-line?

Yes, the same information that is available on the toll free number can be obtained on-line at:

How do I reset my PIN?

IVR PIN resets cannot be accomplished through a telephone contact to the State or your county CSEA.

To ensure confidentiality and security, PIN resets can only be completed through a faxed or mailed written request. Customers need to send their written requests to:
Ohio Department of Job and Family Services
Office of Child Support
PIN Reset Center
30 East Broad Street
Columbus, OH 43215-5903.

Customers may also choose to send a FAX to:
Office of Child Support
PIN Reset Center
FAX NUMBER 614-995-7159 or 614-728-5070 .

The request must be signed, dated and accompanied by a copy of both a photo ID and official documentation of the requester's social security number. A copy of drivers license can be used if it contains both items.

PIN resets will occur within two business days, and the reset will be noted in running records comments by CICC staff when it has been completed.

Please do not fax or mail your requests directly to the County CSEA.
